Goku height - 2 units.
Diameter of weight ― 14,5 units and 13 units. Height of weight ― 1,5 units. Goku's height is said to be between 5'7 and 5'9 so i'll low ball it and use 5'7 (1,7018m).

Therefore 1 unit is 0.8509m.

The metal density is unknown so i'll do two separate calculation one assumig the metal is iron and the other assuming it's the same metal that got the infamous 40 tons scene.

Iro Volume=1,5*0,8509*pi{3*(7,25*0,8509)^2+2*(6,5*0,8509)^2}
=703,11834125 m^3
Mass=703,11834125*7,85*10
=55194,7897881 tons.
So in other words Goku in base can lift a mínimum of of 55 thousand tons in base, assuming it's iron, and in SSJ3 over 22 million tons.

40 tons metal.
Let's assume Goku's fist length is 8cm. From measurements takes Goku's fist in 2 units and the width is 3 units (12cm) and the length is 3.5 units (14cm). Volume=0,14*pi*0,06^2
=1,583362697*10^-3
Density=10/(1,583362697*10^-3)
=6315,672345tons/m^3
Mass=6315,672345*703,11834125*10
=44.406.550,63 tons.
In other words if we asume it's the same metal (which is reasonable considering King Kai has it in his place) Goku can lift over 44.4million tons in base and over 17.7 billion tons in SSJ3.

Lifting feats in Dragon Ball are far too inconsistent to rate properly, so Unknow is the best to keep and will remain that way.

Cause he's Seth. The dude has a lot of questionable reasoning. He counts FTL Naruto.
