I'm pretty sure this is inconclusive, seeing as Cup and Mug are basically the same character. If i'm wrong please correct me. I've only watched let's plays of the game.

Since I'm not well-educated on the terms of bloodlust. What I remember is that they throw away their morals and not their personality.
Cuphead has a more reckless personality, (e.g Taking that gamble with the devil.) While Mugman has a more cautious personality.
Knowing this, Cuphead has a higher chance of screwing something up then Mugman, which might give the mug a bit of an advantage over the cup.

I think it would most likely end up inconclusive, due to how similar their abilities is, and I'm not sure if just being reckless due to greediness would be that much of a disadvantage here, just because he can make stupid decisions to gain money, it doesn't mean he would mess up a fight.

I think cuphead's page needs an update. the only reason being made out of glass was a weakness was because there weren't any legit durability feats.BattleReviews said:

Mugman has a more cautious personality, this means that Cuphead may go in for the kill quicker, while Mugman may take less risks, on the other hand, it means he is less likely to mess up, if we look at it from the perspective of Cuphead being older, Cuphead may hold an experience advantage, but then if you think about it in terms of combat experience, Cuphead and Mugman both have had very little time with their powers, both are physically identical, so I guess due to Mugman's superior intelligence, he can make better use of the abilities they share and is less likely to make poor decisions, I guess I say Mugman.
