And ya know Rohan grew since then ? His power has explicitly evolved, the latter isn't stated to be a problem anymore, and heaven door can touch people and do it now.

Problem is, the range is within Rohan and his stand range, he can just summon heavens door right on top of him, from there heacens door needs just a touch, doesnt need to raise his hand or arm fully if even slightly.

No (actually maybe, I'd to find it though any way ) but he can summon heavens door right on top of him. And upon touching , the opponent turns into a book and loses conscious, then he can write anything he wants from things that break physics or simply commit suicide or ya can't let any harm befall Rohan Kishibe .
