SCP-682
SCP-682 (Concept Artwork) by Zenith-strife
==Powers and Stats==
Tier: High 8-C, potentially 5-A to 4-B, potentially higher via Power Absorption, Reactive Evolution, and Adaptation

Name: SCP-682, "Hard-to-Destroy Reptile", Dragon, Summer's Exile, Gaoler's Hubris, The Last Dragon, Reptilia Supernus, Levon Tarasque, Exile of the Flesh, The Recalcitrant Prodigal Son, Death's Mother

Origin: SCP Foundatio

Gender: Hermaphrodite

Age: Unknown (As old as the universe)

Classification: Keter Class Anomalous Entity, Child of the Fourth Scarlet Bride

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Immortality (Types 1, 3, 4, and 8 [Banned from death by The Brothers Death]), Regenerationn (Low-Godly), Reactive Evolution, Adaptation, Cannot be effectively harmed the same way twice, Genius Intelligence, Immune to Soul Manipulation (Due to lacking a soul), Resistance to Crystallization, Mind Control, Absorption, Incineratio, Radiation, Fear, Possession, Matter Manipulation (On a quantic level), Reality Warping, Plot Manipulation, Power Nullification, Conceptual Manipulation, Existence Erasure (Of the physical body only), Magic, BFR, Gravity Manipulation, Death Manipulation, Physics Manipulation (Up to severe changes in the fundamental forces), and Biological Manipulation from anything besides itself, Resurrection (Can die and revive at will), Duplication (Can become two separate entities if split into equal pieces), Biological Manipulation (Can change its biological makeup from organic to inorganic at will), Reality Warping (Can create localized space-time anomalies as a defense mechanism. These anomalies are similar to both the sudden appearance and disappearance of a black hole or the theoretical event of a sudden hole forming between our dimension and another), Power Absorption (This is directly proportional to the type of and amount of power used on it), Berserk Mode (Can enter a "Rage State" where it blindly attacks the closest living target), Dimensional Travel, Size Manipulation, Shapeshifting (Its physical form is in a constant state of change and can grow and change very quickly to adapt to various scenarios. Has grown wings, spikes, extra eyes with bulletproof eye caps, large claws, armored plating, and an anteater-like tongue), Non-Corporeal (Described as coming from somewhere where time, space and states of matter operate very differently than they do normally, and that 682 as we know it isn't a corporeal being), Acausality, Mind Manipulation (Can release radio waves making people forget entire concepts, Was able to absorb and weaponize SCP-999's mind-altering effect which have the potential to affect the Scarlet King), Possible Higher-Dimensional Manipulation (Escaped from the higher-dimensional Ravelwoods through its own power)

Attack Potency: Large Building level (Destroyed an entire highway bridge by accident. Demolished a small skyscraper on one of its rampages), potentially Large Planet level to Solar System level (Grew to the size of Saturn and destroyed and devoured the nearby planets throughout the solar system. Stated that 682 could possibly absorb SCP-123's power), potentially higher via Power Absorption, Reactive Evolution, and Adaptation, Universe level+ via dying (Stated here that SCP 682 is a universal constant, and when it dies the universe it inhabits will cease to exist)

Speed: SuperHuman (Can outrun Mobile Task Force units, who are all physically peaked soldiers) with Supersonic+ reactions and combat speed (Kept up with SCP-076), potentially higher via Power Absorption, Reactive Evolution, and Adaptation (Was able to adapt to being thrown around at the speed of light. Adapted to become as large as Saturn and was able to easily traverse the solar system)

Lifting Strength: Unknow, potentially Class Y to Stellar, potentially higher via Power Absorption, Reactive Evolution, and Adaptation

Striking Strength: Large Building Class, potentially Large Planet Class to Solar System Class, potentially higher via Power Absorption, Reactive Evolution, and Adaptation

Durability: Large Building level, potentially Large Planet level to Solar System level, potentially higher via Power Absorption, Reactive Evolution, and Adaptation, Regenerationn and Immortality make it extremely difficult to kill (SCP-738 stated that it would be impossible to destroy 682 without causing serious damage to/destroying the universe, 682's body is an incorporeal Countless-Dimensional being trapped in a 3-Dimensional shell, Can be continuously brought back by The Brothers Death)

Stamina: Limitless

Range: Standard melee range, potentially Planetary to Interplanetary, potentially higher via Power Absorption, Reactive Evolution, and Adaptation, Cross-Dimensional, potentially Higher-Dimensional travel

Standard Equipment: None

Intelligence: Extremely high (Was able to engage in complex communication with SCP-079, a sentient and constantly learning and evolving AI)

Weaknesses: A few SCPs have been able to tame 682, including SCP-999, who literally tickled him into submission (Though this only worked for a very short time and was only due to 999's heritage as an offspring of the Scarlet King and the nature of its powers) and SCP-053, a little girl who temporarily rendered him docile (Though this is also due to 053's heritage as an offspring of the Scarlet King)
Sans
Es Sans
==Powers and Stats==
Tier: 9-B physically. Unknow with hax

Name: Sans the Skeleton (never capitalized when spoken by himself.)

Origin: Undertale

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown, though WoG confirms he is likely older than his brother

Classification: Skeleton, Sentry, possibly a scientist (hinted at through workshop), Professional Prankster

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Reality Warping, Spatial Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, KARMA, Bone Manipulation, Teleportation, Telekinesis, Gravity Manipulation, Alternate Timeline Awareness, Able to lock his opponent in place so neither of them will be able to do anything (Sans essentially, in gameplay terms, never takes his turn, forcing his opponent to be locked in an unwinnable combat situation. He was prepared to use this so both he and the player would be stuck in place forever, forcing them the reset and go on another route.), Can attack an enemy's SOUL therefore damaging them on all physical and spiritual levels, Danmaku, Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Can take hits at his soul like a normal attack)

Attack Potency: Wall level physically (The weakest monster who can be faced in combat, even below Monster Kid in terms of raw strength. However, he is still roughly comparable to the lowest tier monsters). Unknow via hax (Repeatedly defeated a multiversal enemy while they were in physical form due to mostly ignoring durability on both a conventional level and the entire mechanic of post-hit invulnerability. However, Sans is incredibly lazy, and will not fight or use the full extent of his abilities unless absolutely necessary), Can ignore Durability to an extent via SOUL Magic

Speed: Unknow (Immensely faster than Chara/Frisk, who was able to dodge rays of sunlight and who was superior to Napstablook. Should be one of, if not the, fastest non-Immeasurable characters in the game.). Vastly improved attack speed via teleportation (Sans possesses teleportation which allows him to transport himself, his opponents, attacks, other objects, etc. and change their position while doing so)

Lifting Strength: Unknow

Striking Strength:
Unknow

Durability:
At least Wall level (Completely unaffected by the temperature in Hotland, which is hot enough to turn a styrofoam cup and the water inside of it into vapor, instantly. Sans supposedly only has one hp, which would make him extremely fragile, though it is unknown to what extent. Regardless, his dodging appears to make up for this, as he was able to repeatedly dodge attacks from Chara/Frisk, who almost immediately after destroyed the entire game. The kill counter does not raise when you kill him, but that could be simply a programming oversight. the truth is unclear.)

Stamina: Very high, as he was able to repeatedly dodge blows from Chara/Frisk, though after a while, he showed obvious signs of tiring, such as sweating, heavier breathing, and eventually beginning to fall asleep.

Range: Likely multiple meters via bone attacks, significantly higher via teleportation, though to what degree is unknown

Intelligence: Immensely high. While Sans is lazy, he's shown to be a genius, both in a tactical and scientific sense. If his workshop is any indication. He was also able to tell how many times he had killed Chara/Frisk simply by looking at their face.

Standard Equipment: Numerous bones and Gasterblasters (strange, skull-headed cannons that fire lasers, named after W.D. Gaster)

Weaknesses: Incredibly lazy, Won't fight unless absolutely necessary (only fought in the genocide route, where he believes you to be a threat to all other timelines). Weak against murder intentions.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Soul Manipulation: Blue Mode: Similar to his brother, Sans turns his opponent's soul blue, giving it "gravity" (It is unclear if this is gravity or simply a 'directional force') and allowing him to easier hit his foes. However, Sans appears to have a far greater mastery of this ability than Papyrus, allowing him to effortlessly fling his foe around by manipulating their soul, or effectively 'changing gravity' and forcing them to the walls, ceiling. He was capable of using this ability to bypass the resistance of a multiversial being (Frisk/Chara) and damage them by sheer force of throwing their soul against the walls, however this accelerated how quickly he tired out during the fight.
  • Bone Attacks: Sans will send a massive amount of bones at his opponent, forcing them to think on their feet in order to dodge all of them. He will mix up his style, forcing his foes to jump through small gaps between bones, over pits full of dozens of bones, or even to rush along platforms so that they don't fall into a deadly trap composed of dozens upon dozens of bones. Sans will often throw in blue bones, which while they cannot be dodged, will only hurt his opponent if they attempt to move. While his attacks only do a single point of damage, this allows Sans to bypass the player's invincibility frames, essentially meaning he can not only damage any opponent regardless of their defense, but he does a single point of damage per frame (equal to 40 damage per second). He is also able to use his bones to attack the metafighting of his enemies, placing them over the various 'battle commands' and even the aiming meter. It is unclear how this would translate in an actual fight. Furthermore, upon accepting Sans' offer to spare you, he offers a hug. If you accept this hug, he creates an inescapable bone prison around it that never ends until their soul is destroyed. This technique is a guaranteed kill, but can only be done if his opponent's guard is down, though it doesn't necessarily need to be for long.
  • KARMA: Whatever is struck by one of Sans' attacks. It essentially functions as poison damage for one's soul.
  • Gasterblasters: Strange devices in the shape of a skull which fire powerful lasers from their maws. Like Sans' bones, Gasterblasters will often be used in numbers and deal KR damage.
  • Teleportation: While Sans is unable to reset the universe in the manner of someone such as Frisk or Flowey, he has shown to have incredibly potent spatial manipulation, allowing him to teleport not only himself, but objects and other people, as well. During battle, Sans will often teleport his opponent, himself, and his attacks, not only moving himself out of harms way, but moving his foe straight into a new attack. He has also shown the ability to "reset" an individual to their previous position.
Since the first match was outdated and the rematch was a stomp, we're redoing this properly.

You mean from adapting to a planetary explosion? 682's shtick is reactive evolution. Sans isn't going to be blowing up planets. The scale of what 682 needs to adapt to here is relatively tame, and then nothing happens.

I don't see Sans being able to kill SCP-682 quick enough to negate his Reactive Evolution, he'd probably just become immune to soul based attacks and we have Sans getting outlasted and killed.

Also SCP-682 could just throw a black hole in his face.... so.... ya know.

Black holes also have an FTL escape velocity.

Only the event horizon. By the time it's even vaguely near, Sans could be in a different country with that speed gap

I say "throws" in a figurative term. I mean, look at the profile.

"Reality Warping (Can create localized space-time anomalies as a defense mechanism. These anomalies are similar to both the sudden appearance and disappearance of a black hole or the theoretical event of a sudden hole forming between our dimension and another)"

He could just make a black hole appear in his face and then he's screwed.

...Can't 682 just...adapt? Eventually, he will get at least as fast and manage to get a hit in. 682 can't just "give up" given Sans' initial far higher speed and movements.

And how it's going to pinpoint the position of someone so ludicrously faster than itself?

http://www.scp-wiki.net/archived-incident-076-2-682

SCP-682 was incapacitated, with SCP-076-2 preparing to "finish it off", when the Anomaly occurred. Sensors and monitoring equipment measure a enormous burst of electromagnetic energy, radiation, and wildly varied temperature readings. Site Command received reports from Central Monitoring of a sudden alteration in space-time, localized around SCP-682. Analysis has shown this event to be consistent with both the sudden appearance and disappearance of a black hole, or the theoretical event of a sudden hole forming between our dimension and another.

682 adapted to being FTL because it was put in something that altered universal constants in an attempt to destroy it. It didn't see something moving at FTL speeds and just suddenly become FTL.

The same is true for when it became 5-A sized via being hit with planet-destroying attacks and left in space.

Saikou The Lewd King said:
@Gargoyle Which was done, dun dun dun, through Reactive Evolution.
And through a moon explosion, which Sans can't do.

Kinda missed that part.

Just going to remind everyone that 682 fought another, far faster opponent before. Judging from the context of that fight, he couldn't 'adapt to its speed' mid-combat, and more or less survived because the thing didn't have a way to physically kill him.

Basically the same scenario here. Only real difference is that Sans gets extremely tired after fighting for too long, and even that probably won't be enough for 682 to land a hit on him, judging from how he still managed to dodge a MHS+ swing after quite literally falling asleep mid-battle.

Going inconclusive.

682 can't adapt it's speed unless it has a reason to. Most of 682's reactive evo feats have it evolve to preserve itself, not to diliberately attack others. The whole absorption of powers thing is just a side effect of the main ability, which is self preservation. The only reasons 682 has ever gotten FTL speeds was either relative size, or because the environment called for it. Other than that, it usually adapted to stay alive.

I mean why didn't he just evolve to move faster that 173? Answer is, because the situation didn't call for it. So there is no way in hell 682 is moving as fast, or faster than Sans through adaptation. He is however, going to resist soul manipulation, and get bored after being unable to harm Sans for an extended period of time.

Kaltias said:
Yeah, he is also facing an opponent whose speed is like 0.01% of an opponent that he blitzed while sleeping
He wasn't asleep when fighting frisk, and he'll still get tired. Sans has no chance of winning this at all since SCP 682 has immunity to Soul Manipulation, Sans' one means of damage

Ok? He is still ridiculously faster than Frisk.

682 is extremely good at surviving, we all know that. Sans being unable to damage it doesn't change the fact that 682 can't hit him at all though

I'll say inconclusive, 682 has no real way of hitting/killing sans and sans also has no real way of killing 682.

Eventully in the long run the OP that shouldn't be OP Lizard is gon win..... Not because of some stupid crap.... Because.... Sans needs time to breath and get's tired. While 682 has also been tired he's only been tired down from acid or something else such as losing lot's of stamina trying to kill people... I'll say this.... If Sans was stuck and couldn't move.... An M82 Beretta to the back of the head would kill him. I guess I'll give a metephor or something....682 is the Tortoise. Sans is the Hare.... While faster the Hare would get tired a lot quicker.... The Tortoise being slower and storing his energy didn't tire as fast enough....

I think that explains my vote for 682....
