Alucard (Castlevania) vs Spawn

I think Alucard might be able to take this. His resistance to Mind and Soul Manipulation and Reality Warping is a big benefit. Plus while both can manipulate and stop time, Alucard is immune to others' manipulation of time while Spawn doesn't appear to be.
 
It's not always an issue with the match. Sometimes it just isn't bumped when folks who'd vote are around to see it.

This can be another free bump, though.

This man has a losing streak. Seriously, he just lost to Kid Lucemon, and now Alucard. All he needs to do is lose to a Saint Seiya character and he would have lost to someone from all of 2-C's Big 4 verses. (Digimon, Pokemon, Castlevania and Saint Seiya)
 
@Dragon don't forget that he also lost to a pointy eared kid that likes to attack chickens a lot.
