And the difference is that Homura didn't need to use Time-stop to drain Madoka. Since pennywise wish to kill her, Homura will stops time right off the bat and drain his power since it's her characters to not ******* around, especially when her opponent is a creepy ugly af clown.Theglassman12 said:

Homura stomps due all of the reasons above, plus Pennywise's manifestation being unable to transform into anything that would close the gap between them. This should probably be closed.

Dude, Homura drains a frigging 2-A conceptual entity. If you really think she can't do the same to a mere 7-C....then wow.
I'm asking if she's done this more than once, cause if she only did it to a 2-A Madoka, that just screams asspull.
