Well Zeromaru can Overwrite to extremely increase his power and i believe has higher durability.

Pretty sure that the Dinosaur almost stomp here due to his hax and AP advantage, the only think that can save Zeromaru is Overwrite, which if he overuse it, will probably left fatal effects on him (i'm not sure what other things aside from shortering his lifespan can affect him).

No, Yoshi has higher AP and dura (albeit to an unknown extent). Large Star+ to Zeromaru's Large Star

Overwrite could help here and Zeromaru is known for using Overwrite. However, Yoshi has too many advantages here overall. So Yoshi for Kalt's reasons above.

Should I include Taichi? While it likely won't change the outcome, Zero is at his best with Taichi.

It won't help. It isn't like Zeromaru is able to Digivolve mid-battle here.
