Yeah. Moon was so powerful that the combined might of four universal+ Digimon (Azulongmo, Zhuqiaomo, Ebonwumo, Baihumo) even all fighting together at once, could not hope to even hurt Moon, let alone defeat Moon. At an earlier point, It took the combined strength of Ryo Akiyama and Ken Ichijouji, both commanding 3 different Universe level+ Digimon to as much as temporarily defeat it, and it's since gotten stronger from that point.

Moon is also nearly impossible to kill, given its non-corporeal nature and reliant immortality, reliant on its previous form.

Chronomon Holy Mode is just baseline 2-C, while Moon is several leagues above severa Low 2-C and even 2-C Digimon and fought off several of them at once, and has gotten far stronger since that point.
