Personally, I have Zebra taking this, I think the 8 Kings should be comparable to The Disciples, Zebra with the help of the other Heavenly Kings seemed to give a Transformed Bambina some trouble whom should be Multi/Large Planet level, all of the current Heavenly Kings should be Planet level, if not at least Small Planet level, Toriko's 2nd largest Continent which is Bambina's Area 7 can fit our Earth and around 8 Moons in its surface area with room to spare, I mean Naruto and Sasuke at their absolute strongest got upgraded to Low 5-B level, while Toriko and the others are still 5-C, by power scaling I see Zebra and the Heavenly Kings being 5-B, so again, Zebra takes this

The kings aren't all 5-B. The only one hinted at being 5-B should be Toriko due to main character reasons.
