Yumi's Ice King and Frantic Mode are restricted vs Sasuke Recovery Mission Temari (Both 8-B versions)

Win via KO, incapacitation, or death. SPEED EQUALIZED

8-B Temari = Temari with punches and kicks, and those attacks are baseline City Block level. So, Temari can't damage her and Yumi one-shots.

Well, you could make Yumi at her strongest vs Weiss. Since Yumi is high end City Block level and Volume 1 Weiss is 141 tons i.e baseline Multi-City Block level, there might not even be a 2x difference between them.

Same for Gray from Fairy Tail, and he's weaker than 141 tons, iirc.
