Surprised no one thought of this match. Considering we're having horror knife wielders here. And Jeff has exp fighting 3 people (one of which had knives).

Conditions: Speed is equal. Billy and Stu appear in line of sight in front of Jeff in an open field.

jeff has better stamina, seems more skilled than both of them and he could potentially burn them using his lighter but billy and stu are smarter and probably have better teamwork than the 3 guys jeff fought against so i think ghostface is more likely to win
