Yogiri's pain manipulation is underserved.

In Yogiri's 2nd Gate key, he gets this ability.

Pain Manipulation (His ability can cause pain[20][21]).

As we can see in the scan Yogiri is killing body parts and causing pain... How in the actual #/(!(&# did this get accepted as an ability?

If I cut off someone's limbs and they feel pain is that also pain manipulation?

Either this ability should be removed from Yogiri or the ability itself since it would be redundant and every character in fiction would have it.
