Not even a plus? With Killua's Kanmaru not restricted? If Killua amps himself into 8-A, he stomps. Even if it's restricted, he's over two times stronger, ridiculously smarter, has a lot more endurance, thinks faster and not just calmly, and will one-hit kill Yagyu if she ever dares use Frantic Mode.

Besides, Killua outranges her: his yo-yo attacks are more versatile and have the same range as her shots, and he has hundreds of meters of range with nen skills. Yeah, low-diff. Barely not a stomp, she'd be cannon fodder for him if she were in HxHverse.

Oh, Killua is gifted, but whether he's a genius is debatable. However, in combat he's a too great strategist, planner and fast thinker who can low-diff opponents several times tougher than him so long as he can analyse them, and he's really good at that. But a genius such as Haruka is more dangerous, since I don't know how her manipulation and scientific ingenuity will play out on battle (her skills are probably going to be surpassed, though), but this one? Meh, fodder.
