Hey, I been wondering why Yhwach doesn't have Name Manipulation like Ichibei.(since he stole his power but it doesn't work on ichibe cuz he control it)

Bleach isn't particularly well thought out strategically, like the time Nanao failed to teach anyone else the kido she developed to block out Quincy powers, or the time that Kyoraku sent Unohana, his best healer, to her death just to make Kenpachi more powerful, or the time that Yamamoto just stood back and watched as Soul Society burned until they came to his front door.
