The Conductor's fight has like 5 phases

The Conductor starts his fight by jumping into one of the top corners of the set to preform a dive bomb, and once Hat Kid gives him a smack he retreats back by jumping on top of a disco ball before dropping it down, which creates a pretty big shockwave. He can also drop stage lights randomly onto the set during this phase.

The first few attacks repeat a few times then, once Hat Kid hits him a few times, The Conductor pulls out an actual knife. The Conductor will usually utilize one of two knife techniques. The first involves shutting off the lights, with only the knife visible in a red light, then charging at Hat Kid with it. The second involved slowly walking toward Hat Kid while repeatedly stabbing in the air with jojo level speed.

Third phase is the same as the other two, plus another attack where he summons cars that will move clockwise around when she's in the middle of the room. The disco ball and knife in the dark attacks are also upgraded in this phase, pictures of the attack will be next to the director, giving him additional attacks for the latter and the former has 3 shockwaves now.

During the 4th phase, The Conductor straps the timebomb from Train Rush (Which can like nuke a train) to Hat Kid. Meaning Hat Kid has 80 seconds to finish the fight or an it's an insta-death.
He also starts throwing three buzzsaws, launching two sets of them, and if it doesn't work, he'll combine the buzzsaws with his dive bomb attack.

His last attack is summoning the knife-equipped Marching Owls, which will be tied to you like in The Big Parade. The only attack that is different during this phase is the stage light drop, which will be in complete vertical rows from right to left.

(The Gifs are probably a bit too small, but ya can watch the fight in youtube if that's the case)

Bro...

How does Theory counter this scary ass fighting style?

Theory gets a couple hits in, and then objects start raining down on him, and then he ends up getting charged at with a knife in complete darkness.

How is this fair whatsoever?

Conductor's attacks are incredibly predictable, Hat Kid was able to dodge them fairly easily. the discoball falling from the sky isn't something he usually drops right on top of his opponent with the shockwave being incredibly small but the discoball hitting the ground could trip up Theory and allow the shockwave to hit him, the room isn't completely dark when Conductor goes for the knife attack since you can still see the knife so instinctive reaction could help a ton there. Theory also holds the LS and AP advantage so one finisher or grab could put Conductor out of the fight.
