Would this qualify for Lifting strength feat?

Nah I think that's just a durability feat. For that to qualify as LS, they'd somehow have to catch that air which I'm assuming isn't going on based on the image and the description you gave.

Yeah, he didn't catch. But he didn't get flown away either, he instead just straight attacked while being in the center of that attack.

Yeah then that's a durability feat for the guy who took the attack and an AP feat for the guy who made the attack unless it was made via a combination of outside things or something
 
Rip. I guess I'll just stick with peak human D:

Feels really weird when you have characters who can destroy mountains for breakfast, but are only peak human in LS.
