Would this be resistance to BFR or resistance to sealing, or perhaps both?

The Caja Negacion is a device given to the Espada by Aizen which permanently seals its target into a pocket dimension as shown in these scans

The databook reiterates this;
A tool used by Espadas to punish their subordinates. It traps its subject eternally in a closed dimension.
However, we're also told that it's not as effective against Espada due to their "strength" or more specifically, most likely their Reiatsu, and instead of sealing them permanently, it only lasts a couple hours at most, and we visibly see Ulquiorra shatter his way out of the dimension eventually.

It's also worth noting that the Caja Negacion appears to prevent dimensional travel, given that all Espada and Arrancar can travel throughout the Bleach verse using a Garganta, but not once is it shown or implied that you can do this in the Caja Negacion, and it would kind of defeat the purpose, given that the Caja Negacion is essentially a punishment tool, lastly the Caja Negacion is noted to be a "closed dimension", which further supports the idea that you can't just leave of your own volition.

So it both BFR's and seals the target in a closed dimension permanently, would we label this as resistance to BFR, sealing or both?

"Resistance to BFR" is too open-ended. It'd be simpler to say just "Resistance to Sealing".

EDIT: Or maybe "Resistance to Dimensional Sealing".

How about BFR.( If someone is weaker than the caja negacion user then they are trapped inside the dimension for eternity) As Ulqioura was stronger than Grimmjow. So he broke out but it took some time.
