The question is a bit misleading, and most would probably say yes or something.
However, I am asking this if the HDE being in question hasn't necessarily shown superiority over lower dimensions, either due to world restriction, or plot stuff, though has shown the possiblity of affecting universes.
If a being was capable of affecting them, would that grant Higher Dimensional Hax, ie smurf?
