As asked, in this thread I've heard that Lavos is getting it, and I wonder to myself why as I didn't saw a thread whch upgrades Lavos to that

Why is Lavos getting High-Godly?

The Regenerationn page is being revised at the moment. Basically, if you come back from conceptual erasure, you get High Godly, which is Lavos' case

High Godly is pretty much accepted as coming back from Conceptual Erasure already. The only issue is True Godly
