Why is Hagoromo from Naruto Low 5-B, when his feat states he created the moon?

yeah I figured propelling said moon 380000 km up in space would also require some effort, so Small Planet level is actually likely

You should also keep it in mind that he did this on his death and that was after seperating the Juubi and creating the bijuu, so I would actually put it like: "Low 5-B | Likely higher"

As far as I remember, the death bed part was later proven false, as he created the moon together with his brother in order to seal Kaguya. I may remember wrong, however.

The reason is because it takes more energy to create the moon and then put it into orbit against the gravity of the planet.

That wasn't proven false, Kaguya was turned into the Juubi, what happened was that his brother died in battle seal kaguya into Hagomoro.

The calc value was low-end small planet, he gets awarded the full value since he gave the power to Naruto and Sasuke.

@Bruce: This reminds me. I still have gripes about Naruto and Sasuke not being Small Planet level despite the fact Jinchuriki Hagoromo should be much stronger than the Hagorono who created the Moon with his brother.

However, I agree with ProjectEmrys' suggestion that Hagoromo's AP should be changed to...

Attack Potency: Small Planet level | At least Small Planet level (Being the Jinchuriki, he should be much stronger than his previous incarnation, who sealed the Moon along with his brother)

This would however, mean that it means Naruto and Sasuke's AP would likely have to be changed to...

Attack Potency: At least Moon level (Created a Moon with Sasuke), likely at least Small Planet level (Shares exactly half of Hagoromo's powers, along with Sasuke)
