Why is God(Digimon)'s classification "possibly human"?

I think Daemon stated in the V-tamer Manga that God was a human, and he also Stated that digimon have already surpassed the power of God, but this doesn't make sense since According to Cyber Sleuth God may reside in the highest dimensions of the Digiverse, making him a High-dimensional being, but everything about God is really unclear and vague.
Apart from Cyber sleuth and V.tamer manga the only time God was mentioned was In Digimon decode when an Angemon NPC states that God exists.
There is not much info about this entity.
