AFAIK, it's not getting fully removed but only revised (Although some want it to be removed), and it's not gonna be an automatic thing like how being tier 1 won't mean you automatically get immeasurable.

I know, but why is it only to 1-A? Thats the question, even a 3-D character can have Irrelevant speed, but this wiki only accept to 1-A and above, and I wanted to know the reason

if it get revised, being a 1-A won't qualify to irrelevant speed without proper context, and maybe even characters that aren't 1-A would be able to have it

But the issue with this is that some people argued that irrelevant speed is pointless and is just a fancier version of immeasurable, so what's likely gonna happen AFAIK is:

• Rating gets removed completely
• Rating stays
• Ratings gets redefined
• Not all 1-A characters automatically get irrelevant, like how not all Tier 1 automatically get immesuarable
