Why Gigalith is not 7-A?

Tyranitar's calc for it's pokedex entry have result in the 7-B range, yet it is listed "At least 7-A", including a justification with the statement that Pupitar can destroy Mountains too

So why would Gigalith be any different?

Tyranitar can explicitly destroy mountains stated to be large and Pupitar's mountain busting is a city level feat.

Gigalith is stated to be able to "blew mountains away"

Tyranitar feat is the one calculated at City level.

Pupitar has no calc

Well the calc assumed Tyranitar was the only one in his evolution line that could do it but than we found out that even Pupitar could do it so Tyranitar is 7-A for being vastly superior to pupitar.

Also the same guy did the Gigalith calc.

Tyranitar's Crystal-Platinum feats are city level. The blog did not calc the "great mountain" destruction.

So wait, is Tyranitar At least 7-A for being far superior to a 7-B Pokemon?

Apparently Tyranitar could crumble mountains by walking.

Dont know where we got this but we decided 7-A was a good low ball.

And?

Gigalith stills having the same statement, yet he has the calc, while Tyranitar simply got "At least 7-A"

Even if it was made, that doesn't change the fact, with that logic, why Tyranitar doesn't have it's calc and downgrade? (Not trying to push the downgrade, but I think you get the point)

No. Tyranitar is "At least 7-A" for being able to destroy multiple "Great Mountains" just by walking.

Tyranitar is mountain because it can destroy great (large) mountains, which is mountain level. Gigalith does not have such a luxury.

Yeah apparently this was supposed to be a tier 6 feat but we decided 7-A was a good low ball.

Still dont know where that line came from though.

@Rad.

The quakes caused when it walks make even great mountains crumble and change the surrounding terrain.
