It is clearly slasherporting and VSBattles doesn't include that as a power. If so the Michael, Pumpkinhead, and others would have that ability as well. It should be removed.

Why does Chucky have teleportation?

I think Jason also has teleporting as well because of this logic but I could be wrong (haven't seen all of Jason's movies or read his comics)
Either way it shouldn't be there for Chucky as it's a movie thing. Where the killer is everywhere he needs to be, moving great distances but never is stated to actually have teleportation or show it on camera. If they actually have it, why do they constantly chase the victim and break down doors or walls to get to them if they can teleport.

No Jason has confirmed teleportation via comics and game I believe.
