Why are Buu saga characters nerfed to 4-B?

Why is Super Perfect Cell the same tier as Vegito? It does not make sense how Kid Buu himself is not a 4-A due to being multiple times stronger than ssj2 Vegeta (around the same power as ssj 2 teen Gohan which is a solid 4-B). ssj 3 Goku is four times stronger than ssj2 Goku, so wouldn't ssj3 Goku be 4-A? ssj 2 Goku is a solar system buster and if we multiply it by 4 that should be enough for him to be put at 4-A.

My main question is that why were the last tiers before changed? Vegito with "atleast 4-A" seemed fine

For one, the gap between the bottom of 4-B and the top is a trillion times. So, no.

Also, the feat isn't canon and is super inconsistent anyways. This was discussed and concluded already.

4-B is a very wide category. Buu Saga characters used to be considered 4-A because of Kid Buu's feat of busting a Galaxy over a few years which was only in the anime but considered canon since it was in Kai. Now Kai isn't accepted as being 100% canon though so unless the feat is shown in a flashback on Super, Buu Saga characters will remain at 4-B.

Because the 4-B tier range is so extremely wide that it logically does not matter if a character is thousands of times stronger than Cell, and Buu's galaxy-destroying feat did not happen in the manga canon.

We have gone through this several times before. I wish that people would read the footnote in the pages.
