Who are these guys - Marvel

I am uncertain. Based on the scan in question [ Ultimates ] , these guys are the Beyonders. The problem isn't that, it is what they say here . This implies the Beyonders are the embodiments of the Outside. This is direct forshadowing of what occurs in Secret Wars. Also, if that is the case, it creates quite a few inconsistencies powerwise . Hopefully someone with more Marvel knowledge can correct me here ...

Well, as was stated within the comicbook, the entity or entities that controlled the body of Jason Quantrell were not identical to Beyonders, they simply live outside of reality, much like the Beyonders themselves do.
