What would the ap be for causing a huge dent in a mountain?

Completely depends on the size of the hole/dent. I can make a dent in Mountain Everest with a shovel I could call huge; real measurements are what matter here.

My mistake, how about it being a dent that encompasses an entire side of the mountain

I'm not very good with words

Well if it is that big of a crater on Mount Everest, the largest mountain, it is pretty safe to say that is going to land in 7-A.

If it is just a crater in the mountain it will be City level, but it if it a living mountain or a Mountain size character, they would scale to the character's Mountain Level durability for being able to damage them.

Well actually a crater with the height and diameter of Mt. Everest with an assumed depth of 100 meters would be decently far into 7-A.

Do you have scans for this or is this a hypothetical calc? If the latter, I think going with Assalt's method is fine.

That calc uses vaporization, which is rarely the case. Can't really use it as a universal calc anyway since it depends on a lot of factors.
