What would a composite character look like?

(I'll be doing a profile on this in JBW or a blog, this is a thought experiment. I'm asking this for multiple perspectives on the subject)

A composite character is a "special case", because you are gathering various feats for create one being, but the problem here is that his feats can contradict between them. For example:
Character A can destroy with one punch a mountain in the manga, but, in the anime adaptation, Character A, with the help of another character, can destroy a large building with effort, saying that he would never do it without help of another character.
This can cause problems when the people that make is blog must decide his attack potency, speed, tier, etc.

I've considered that a major weakness for Composite Character. So the tier would vary from 11-C to 0 in that case?

A composite includes all versions of a character so both would carry over.
