What value would be used for the "ionization" of a person?

So theoretically couldn't you use these:
to find the ionization values for elements that make up a human body and then apply it for an average sized person?

I wouldn’t know since I think using each element would make a lot of guess works, and I think what value is used is based on what VSBattle utilized.
