You can change your timezone by going to your profile preferences by clicking your profile logo at the top and then selecting preferences. The site uses a 24 hour clock.

24 hour clock is just a clock that doesn't have AM and PM. Instead of 1pm it would be 13:00.

I think what he's asking is what time is displayed with unregistered users are reading posts. But for registered users, it's what you set your time zone location to yeah.

Right. I found out that the time I was using was the universal time for areas like London, and Dublin.
