According to the story itself, people beyond Tier 0 are complete and utter fodder.

On this site, everyone and their mother would just be 1-A or High 1-A. Since we don't take the term omnipotence seriously, let alone "beyond omnipotence." And everyone in Suggsverse has a person superior and/or equal to them parodoxically. So they couldn't be Tier 0 by our definition.

Suggsverse adamantly is not allowed here though.

Actually, if we consider "omnipotence" as "complete transcendence", they will end up at High 1-B. Transcending 3D = 4D, transcending 4D = 5D and so on

Zephyranth is the strongest character, as far as I am aware. However, she seems to be a ripoff of Featherine Augustus Aurora.
