what tier naruto characters

Hmm. I think Madara would be 'At least High 6-A, likely far higher' because of the 'raindrops' he summoned casually.
Base Sasuke would be 'At least City level' because of the meteor he destroyed casually.
DMS Kakashi would be placed at Unknown since his jutsu in this form ignores durability.
I think KCM Naruto is also powerscaling from KN4.
Itachi is also powerscaling so I think he would be at 'At least Town level, likely higher'.
Lee is also powerscaling from Gai, I think.
That's all I can remember for now.

Technically a lot off verses need power scaling and also i think one feat is that Naruto and Sasuke were destroying the "raindrops" produced was around i think high 6-A to 5-C.
