You have realm A
Realm A transcends dimensionality itself on a level that gets it to 1-A
You have realm B that transcends A, its a regular 1-A transcendence.

And then you have realm C that encompasses stories, views all concepts of the story as fiction

Effectively, the reason why a 1-A realm is 1-A
And the idea of a “thing” transcending a 1-A realm is merely fictional to realm C, as that logically speaking, a higher narrative thing doesn't really care about how big realm A or B is, its just stories pretty much (this specific part is not stated in the story, just assumed)

And then you have a character, that views all realms including realm C as fictional

How big is realm C and how strong is this character?

yes , I think aleph omega is best suited for transcending narrative infinity.

But the C domain also shows the inaccessibility of A and B, if the context is sufficient it can be kappa. (strongly inaccessible h1a)

Rather a big jump of interpretation there but since this isn't a crt of any sort I will not be debating on that but kappa is not a strongly inaccessible. a regular kappa only has a cofinality of omega, inaccessible kappa is a strongly inaccessible cardinal which is bigger and strictly stronger than a regular kappa. (Cofinality kappa)
