What makes a Universe Low 2-C?

I am under the impression that to be a Low 2-C structure you must be of universal size and be a time-space. AKA a universal sized space-time is a Low 2-C structure, is this correct?

Also, say you have 2+ Low 2-C structures, that are all separated by a different time-space, would destroying all of them at the same time be 2-C?

Assuming if the former cosmos which doesn't follow the same principles of our universe would still equate to baseline 3A.

The term "universe" is interchangable with macrocosm depending on the context. This is not even hard to understand why.
