Yeah, but I'm talking about perception speed. I know time stop doesn't give a character infinite speed, but does perceiving someone moving in it give infinite perception speed?Limited time stop resistence maybe?

Yes. Perceptions are based on what your eyes or other senses can visualize. Most likely in this case it would be sight. Time travel is something that requires speeds faster than light or even an infinite speed in any direction (unless if you're in Back to the Future where you only need to go 88 miles per hour); I feel the same logic would apply to stopping time.Can you explain?
