Type 1 Immortality. It's disitinct from longvetiy in the sense that the character never truly ages and even their internal organs stay the same.

In the case of even having the Mentality of a 6 Year Old, unable to change after even a thousand years- assuming it’s not just general Incompetence- then you’d slap that in the Weakness section. Perhaps something like ‘Her Type 1 Immortality also preserves her Mind, keeping her from growing in maturity’.
