1.Verse A has 4 spatial dimensions and 1 temporal dimension while Verse B stretches along 3 spatial axes and 2 temporal axes?

2. Is there any difference between the inhabitants of both universes? If yes, what exactly?

maybe a time difference. having 2 temporal dimensions allows the same time to occur in different places.
While the 4 dimensional axis. Allows the creature to have an axis (movement), which is unknown so it represents a 4D object as a qualified higher dimensional existence ( cmiiw )
