what do we do if Regenerationn takes years for a character to regen

It's probably not combat applicable under SBA, as said character would still be incapped if injured and left incapable of doing anything for a certain amount of time. And that's assuming character x can't just finish him off.

Our regen levels do not take time into consideration, or I think nothing above High-Mid does. Just consider from what much it regenerated and then how much time it takes, generally noted with "overtime".
