If someone vanished into thin air like deconstruction but those particles of his body even vanished then what will be the ability?

Like if it's shown to disappear like a light fading away

Aren't you talking about case that visually looks like 1.04-1.06? There are many abilities/techniques depicted in a similar manner in the animation genre. Such case varies from deconstruction at the molecular level to erasure of existence, depending on the level of destruction. If something visually similar to the case in the video I shared above is happening, this is just deconstruction at the molecular level. As a result, the opponent turns to dust (molecules are separated) and dust particles/molecules mix with the air and disappear from sight. Likewise, if the opponent is separated by their photons, the light particles quickly disappear.

But sometimes we also encounter some visual inaccuracies made by animation companies. For example, an attack that is clearly stated in a web novel/manga/book to be entity erasure may leave behind beams of light or dust particles in the animation, as if it were a molecular level or macro-quantum level deconstruction. However, such cases are case-by-case and do not constitute an anti-feat that this ability is entity erasure. This is because they are either caused by the energy the ability/technique emits to its surroundings outside of its actual range, or they are just an effect addition by the animators. Additionally, different cases (atomic, subatomic, macro quantum, and quantum level) may visually appear to be a complete existence erasure case, but this does not mean that you can claim that the ability in question should actually be existence erasure.

If you expecially want, I can give you an example of an abilitiy with molecular level deconstruction, an abilitiy with macro quantum level deconstruction and an ability with existence erasure in the same verse, and show you the differences and the effects of contexts on indexing these abilities according to the wiki.
