What do you mean by "potential to master everything"? If it's from seeing it, it's Power Mimicry. If it's just the ability to learn anything, it's just a good skill I think.

Depends on how it works. Does he master them by just seeing them once? Technique/Power mimicry. Does he learn them really quick/Once he starts training, he masters them really quickly? Accelerated Development.
