A creatures captures a girl and puts her in like a pocket dimension once in there the person disappears in the sense no one remembers her even her family, her name on a seating char is gone, and locker but there are 2 ppl who remember her though it’s not explained. So what would this be?

I'd normally attribute that to mind manipulation, but from the way it's described, it sounds like she was removed from reality in such a way that it's like she never existed, so I guess that would be causality manipulation (and the people who remember her would have type 1 acausality depending on how they remember her and if it's an intrinsic ability).
