Yeah it's not mentioned, but she can reopen old wounds, and from Gagamaru's Encounter we learn that the soul CAN be damaged. It's just an assumption doe, it was never shown to happen (the soul is hard to "damage", Medaka Box doesn't rly have any ability that only damages the soul). As i said it's not a fact doe. Just kind of a conclusion.

Not rly, it's more like, as long as you have old wounds, u can't beat this ability. If wounds can be made they can also be reopened, that's the basic idea behind Scar Dead, it's a unique ability, though it falls under Durability Negation.

Also remember Durability Negation bypasses resistance. So if u'r intangable (kenshiro for example), but have old wounds. Even though u'r currently immune to physical dmg. Scar Dead will work. That's Durabiliy Negation, it affects u without caring how u resist and shit (it negates ur durability).

Nah, spiritual is spirit or "soul". It says Encounter pushes away emotional and mental damage too so it can't be the same as "spiritual".

There is 1 thing i don't know doe. How will Encounter react to Gagamaru breaking an arm. So someone just comes up to gagamaru, grabs him by the arm and bends it the wrong way, Encounter will push the dmg ofc, but what will happen to the arm? Will he only push away the pain?

Ok yeah but what happens if his arm is being kept in a wrong bend? Or a better example if u put a knife through his brain, what will happen? He can't regen.
