I'm creating creating a profile for a character that has the power to widen any already existing wound to the point that even a scratch can become lethal.
Which ability would it fall under ?

Are you sure because it seems that type of biological manipulation specifically control cells which is not the case here.

Also in that character series the moon light possess the power to show the truth of things which make it impossible to mainten any illusion or False appearance spell under the moon light.
However, that character Alice can keep up illusion under the moon light like it's nothing.
Several characters in the series even call her out as it shouldn't be possible.
So is it a resistance to power nullification or something else?
