werewolf vs vampire

I mean it’s in his toolkit.He will eventually resort to it after exhausting other options.

Mordvarg’s only advantage would be his deconstruction on bite,which can be overcame easily with DIO’s abilities,skill,and agility.
 
Oh I thought the profile alluded to only one piece being turned into ash and not the entire body of meat.

While DIO has wincons,he would probably be a little too cocky for his own good.

I fail to see how Dio will just let him bite.

He is cocky but not that cocky. He also lives to spam time stop, so Mort getting a hit in is unlikely.

I will vote incon for now, I don’t see how any could get to each other.
 
Dio hasn’t really used that in part 3, he might be able to, so I guess it works.
Flesh bud is more likely and I fail to see how that would fail.
 
Also I think I should mention, after time ice will melt, that won't last 24 hours, so EVEN if DIO uses the ice (and I don't think he will) Morkvarg could safely regen and take him by surprise or something

I doubt he will learn Morkvarg's true abilities before he gets turned into ash and think buds or ice is needed on him.
 
He has "battle to the death" mindset. it's not how it works. He could have used buds on Jotaro but prefered dicking around
 
He used buds in far more situations then not.
He used them against Avdol, Pol, Noriaki, and likely some of his other goons.
The only big fight where he didn’t was the last one, against the family of his historic foe, you can’t exactly compare how he treats them to how he treats a random goon like this.
He would be more likely to use a bud like he did against Avdol. Especially considering that he will realize that he can’t kill him early on.
 
It wasn't even a fight, and Awakened DIO doesn't have Shadow DIO mindset. Shadow DIO actually needed somebody to help, Awakened DIO's ego is high as ****.
 
That doesn’t mean that he somehow forgot about the buds. Once he sees that the Wolf is hard to kill he will eventually pull out the buds. His ego wouldn’t just cause him to stand there and get hit, so time stop prevents the wolf from actually hurting him.

DIO would still benefit from having another ally, and it isn’t super out of character even once he is well. (As seen with the senator.) Using the bud to turn the invincible werewolf into an ally seems like an action he would take, either that or freeze.

Avdol wasn’t a fight because he was running away.
 
Didn't forget, but DIO has no need to even have allies anymore, his mindset prevents him from it. Like, it's DIO at his highest high.

Well, he will tank a shitton of DIO's attacks without need to regenerate, seeing that he's superior when it comes to dura and gets more and more powerful. DIO spams the **** out of time stop but it's not like it's impossible to hit him, he doesn't escape immediately after Stand rush. Also worth to mention objects start to turn into ash immediately when Morkvarg barely even starts physical contact with something, so he just needs this to win this fight. Let's not act like DIO's the most cautious ****** in the world, that's what led to his defeat by Jotaro, because he ***** around far too much.

Plus, the weaknesses on his page mention he's even more arrogant in this form than before, and we all know DIO's ego reaches the stratosphere. He actually does harm himself once during his time stop, he's kinda masochistic tbh.
