By checking a walkthrough of the game, I noticed that TwinBee and Vic Viper need their speed downgraded from Sub-Relativistic to Massively Hypersonic as it took Vic Viper 1 minute and 53 seconds to get from the ground out of the atmosphere. Which is 88,496 m/s or Massively Hypersonic. Also Danmaku, Heat Generation (Via Lasers), and Duplication by using those ships...

In minute 1:40:08 you can see how the characters can survive being in Waruda's body in the middle of space, which warrants Space Survival for any of the protagonists and Waruda herself. She should also get Resistance to Heat Generation by tanking multiple missiles from Vic Viper/Twin Bee.
In minute 47:29 you can notice how the protagonists can be near robot explosions without being affected, which warrants Resistance to Fire.
The characters should also get Water Manipulation via Holy Water.
Konger Fire and Heat Generation via Missiles
Cyclops can launch explosive Fireballs from its mouth, which is Breath Attack, Fire, Heat Manipulation, and Explosion Manipulation.
Ryukotsuki is immobile but can use its claws to attack, hurt the protagonists, and tank the explosion generated by his minions, which should give it a Hypersonic+ attack speed, Class M LS, as it can support its own weight, Resistance to Fire, and straight 5-B tiering instead of "Likely" scaling from the heroes.
The Giant Moai should get Self-Sustenance Type 3, as a living rock requires no rest and Acrobatics as it can perform high jumps.
As shown previously, the generals should get Immortality Type 2, as they can survive being attacked by sharp weapons and lose body parts in the middle of the fights. Waruda's generals should get Longevity, since they have been part of her army for a very long time.
