Okay, so on Final Wars Godzilla's profile it mentions in his Keizer Key that his Burning G Spark Heat Ray is significantly more powerful than his Atomic Breath so I propose that we just list his AP as being higher with that attack, scaling it to its actual calc while his other attacks just heavily upscale from his Base Form and Keizer Ghidorah since he began stomping him with the Keizer Energy boost while the BGSHR One-Shot Keizer Ghidorah entirely.
