This is Manga Cell Saga Vegeta vs Toei Saiyan Saga Vegeta. Speed is equalized and fight takes place in Pendulum Time Room. SSJ and Great Ape is restricted for both respectively.

Vegeta decides to train in time pendulum room suggested by Mr Popo and he encounters a version of himself from earlier.

Cell Saga Base Vegeta scales to 237 Quettatons while Toei Saiyan Saga Vegeta scales to 252 Quettatons.
