If Kaiba dies does it mean he loses? Or if all his monsters have to die as well?

Because Telekinesis solos if the former is the case. If not, then Range or Great Ape Vegeta finishes the job.

You're right. I'll make a downgrade thread for it. There's no reason that just because of bs Power Levels, Great Ape gives Vegeta a bear Super Saiyan level boost (at the minimum), and it makes no sense for this form to be comparable to Ginyu contextually too.

Just gonna point this out though, but 3 Planet level+ vs on Planet level makes this a stomp if it goes through
