Utopian Prime Downgrade/Revision

The Utopian didn't handle all of the presents at once as he did so, he only took part of the presents at a time, and delivered them all around the world.

However, he still has more than enough feats and justification (Destroyed a fleet of ships, which were proving too much for the other heroes at first, dug 1000 miles under Europa's surface, stopped an Earthquake. Has overpowered Walter Sampso and George Hutchence in their primes).

So how how do you want to change his statistics?

Mountain Level for the stuff above, and being superior to his prime. Maybe much higher for the Earthquake.

Okay, but it would probably best to get the feats calculated to make certain.

Still, you can remove the carrying presents feat (and the scaled statistic), and add the new examples in the meantime.

If there are other characters that are scaled from him, they should be adjusted as well.
