Upgrade 86's Speed

I think we should upgrade Shinei Nouzen to Subsonic speed.


And based on this, I think Shiden deserves Superhuman speed, maybe Subsonic, from the fact that she was able to fight Shinei a bit.


Also should upgrade Reginleif and Juggernaut's speed to Subsonic as well.

I was also meaning to upgrade the Reginleif speed at some point, pretty sure the anime had some bullet dodging, basically their movement speed is like comparable to a tanks, combat speed is a different matter.

Well you gotta calc the bullet dodging feats first, I am just going off memory, it also won't necessarily be supersonic, that depends on distance and what not.

For now they can get Subsonic combat speed.
